To us, cheese making is our family’s strongest bond and its greatest art. We take our time to do it properly, with care, with pride and we’ve had plenty of time to get it just right.
For 100 years we have cared for herds, fine tuned our techniques, invested in world-class equipment and educated the next generation from infancy. That’s not all. We enjoy any opportunity we can get to visit and learn from cheese craftsmen all over Europe and beyond, with regular trips to France and Italy, where we share and exchange ideas and techniques with one another. After all it is art isn’t it!
